Today, as Director of Client Services and Relocation, Terri leads C3's relocation division with a commitment to excellence, innovation, and relationship-building. She partners with corporations, affinity organizations, relocation management companies, and brokers across the country to provide personalized relocation solutions that support employees and families through every stage of their move. Known for her warmth, attention to detail, and servant-leadership approach, Terri believes every relocation is more than a transaction—it's a life transition. Her goal is to make every move feel organized, supported, and as stress-free as possible for all parties involved.
As a Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) and licensed Colorado REALTOR®, Terri has completed extensive relocation and mobility training through multiple relocation organizations and is an active member of the Relocation Directors Council. She is passionate about strengthening referral relationships, educating agents on best practices, and continuously improving the relocation experience for every stakeholder involved. She is a member of WERC ,Relocation Directors Council (RDC), and Rocky Mountain Relocation Council of Colorado. As a member of these organizations, she has grown her network abilities to serve her department to the fullest. Terri also manages a local affinity program for local companies to offer benefits and service to smaller local companies that does not provide relocation benefits.
Originally from Louisiana and raised in New Mexico, Terri now calls Northern Colorado home. When she's not helping clients and companies navigate successful moves, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, exploring Colorado, attending sporting events, taking road trips, paddle boarding and finding any destination with palm trees.
