We are a group of agents who live the outdoor life ourselves. We're hunters, hikers, skiers, farmers, and ranchers. People who have caught the Colorado dream and are passionate to guide and educate others seeking adventure in Colorado, whether that entails waking up with the sun on an equestrian property or crosscountry skiing in one's backyard. 

Multiple C3 Farm and Ranch agents have earned, or are working toward, the elite designation of Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) from the Realtors Land Institute, the primary organization for professional development of land agents. The ALC designation is the only land-specific designation backed by the National Association of Realtors and requires a rigorous education program in land transactions and a proven record of transaction performances in land. 

When you're looking at rural properties, there is a myriad of details to think about; access, utilities, water and mineral rights, zoning and land use restrictions, just to name a few. We know and understand these issues and are uniquely suited to help you navigate through them in the course of the transaction. 

For some, buying these properties is about space, putting a buffer between themselves and neighbors. For others, it's about being in some of the best aesthetically pleading places in the country, surrounded by the outdoors. Regardless, we're helping people live their dreams.
