Monica moved from San Luis Obispo, California where she studied Agricultural Business to Fort Collins in 2015. As a Washington native, Colorado brought her back to the mountains and trees that felt like home and gave her easier access to all of her favorite activities (with a lot more sunshine than the PNW offers!). Her and her husband have a beautiful baby boy and three large dogs to explore with. She also grew up playing soccer and coaches with the Arsenal soccer club. She and her husband invest in real estate in Fort Collins and Wyoming and love sharing the benefits of building your financial future within the world of real estate.
