I began my real estate journey in 2002. Originally from Arizona, my husband and I bought our first home shortly after we were married. It was a fixer-upper built in the 1950’s which we remodeled ourselves. We enjoyed it so much that we purchased a few more investment properties and it was then that I knew real estate was my calling! In 2004 I had the opportunity to get my real estate license and joined a company that worked with a large real estate investment network out of Southern California. I gained a vast amount of knowledge in the time I was there, helping hundreds of new and seasoned investors build their portfolio. It was also then that I realized that purchasing real estate is one of the greatest ways to build wealth, even if it’s your first home!
