Mark & Katie Shea

Katie and Mark Shea, of C3, based in Northern Colorado, are 10+ year veterans in the real estate industry and have represented clients all over Colorado in over 100+ real estate transactions. Katie and Mark have built a solid foundation of clients in this community through their professionalism, attention to detail, and to their commitment to always putting their client’s needs first. Katie studied communications at Colorado University at Boulder, and afterward began work in Human Resources. Passionate about Real Estate, Katie has continued to leverage her know-how and experience to exceed her client’s expectations. Katie loves running, hiking and anytime she can spend in the Colorado sun.

Mark is 4th generation Coloradan, born in Cortez, CO and raised in Summit County Colorado. Mark has worked in the sales industry for several years and really understands the emotional and professional side to real estate. Mark loves the outdoors and everything Colorado offers – skiing, camping, hiking, fishing, boating. Which makes me knowledgeable of the surrounding outdoor activities and areas. Katie and Mark have two daughters in the Poudre School District which makes them familiar with the Larimer County School District and surrounding schools. We are regular volunteers at Liberty Common High School. We lived in Northern Colorado for 20+ years and couldn’t imagine calling any other place home. Katie and Mark are quick to respond as they realize your time is important and they can easily be reached via phone, text, email or social media.
