Bruce Webb

Bruce, his wife, Lynda and their children moved to Fort Collins in 1985 after seven winters in Minnesota. At that time Bruce was consulting with churches across the US and Canada, helping them in their capital campaigns to raise funds for new buildings, land and debt retirement.

In 1989 Bruce started his own consulting company, Webb and Associates/Stewardship Plus, and continued helping churches in their financial endeavors. During the last 5 years of his company, he also helped plant a new church in Fort Collins in 2001, Discovery Fellowship Church, and served as the Worship and Outreach Pastor until 2021 and at the end of 2023 retired from Discovery.

Bruce had several friends encouraging him to think about becoming a Realtor and so he enrolled in Real Estate classes and after taking the required courses and exams, received his license in October. He elected to join C3 for a number of reasons. Several of his friends that were a part of C3 and their values, Character, Culture and Commitment, matched up with his values, Those values were evident in the friends he had that were a part of C3 and that made the choice easy as to which group to join.

Bruce and his family love Colorado. Four of their five children and their families live in Fort Collins, where they are involved in this wonderful community. One daughter and her family live in Colorado Springs.

Some of Bruce’s favorite things are music, Broncos, Nuggets, Avalanche, mountains, traveling, spending time with friends and family and especially hanging out with grandchildren.

In his 39 years in Fort Collins, he has made many friends and looks forward to helping them in the future with their Real Estate needs.
