After retiring, Thom and his wife, Kari, returned to Colorado. Now, he focuses on helping families achieve homeownership. Outside of work, he volunteers with the American Legion and VFW, and is Chairman of HonorStreet, a Northern Colorado non-profit supporting fellow veterans and Gold Star Families. He also shares his military experiences through public speaking engagements, aiming to inspire and educate. With a commitment to service, Thom continues to make a positive impact on his community.
