Pres Montoya

Prior to Pres getting his Real Estate license in 1980 he worked with troubled youth in Weld County, Pres has always had a passion to helping people especially the underserved.  When Pres became a Realtor he found his clients being judges, lawyers, social workers those who were in the helping people profession. He was quickly recognized as a top Realtor in Greeley and was offered a partner/agent position with Coldwell Banker The Team which was honored as one of the top Coldwell Banker offices in the country in per agent production.  After 10 years Pres orchestrated a merger with Sears Real Estate to become the top company in Greeley which he was with for 17 years.  In 2003 Pres became a grandfather while his daughter continued her education at UNC, in 2007 Pres opened his own office which allowed him the time to "take care" of his granddaughter so Mom could finish her degree.  Today Pres’s granddaughter is a student at UNC and, her Mom Dr. Ashley Aragon, is principal at Bella Romero.

Real Estate has given Pres the opportunity to continue to volunteer and work in community. Pres was elected to serve two 4 year terms on the Greeley Evans School Board, during that time he is one of the founders of the Greeley Dream Team a nonprofit supporting students to continue their education after high school. The Dream Team recently celebrated 30 years and celebrates 100's of student success.  Pres's used his entrepreneurship skills to create a program with other 

UNC alums at the University of Northern Colorado called "Cumbres".  The program has been in existence for over 15 years graduating 100's of Hispanic students to become teachers and change agents in our education system. Pres was recognized as an education leader and appointed by Governor Owens to the Colorado Commission of Higher Education. Once he completed his term on CCHE he was appointed to the Real Estate Commission of Colorado by Governor Bill Ritter, the commission over saw the real estate community and created policies to protect real estate consumers in Colorado. The last 6 years Pres has spent with Jobs of Hope a local nonprofit helping gang/incarcerated men get back on their feet.  When the program was without leadership Pres stepped in as the Director to keep the program afloat, today the program is thriving and opened the "Hope House" which serves up to 14 men who were homeless coming out of jail.

Pres is married with Diane for 13 years, they have 5 children and 2 grandchildren in California and Colorado.  Pres is joined by Rohanna Roma as they join the C3 Real Estate Solutions family because "they are about Character, Commitment, Culture" which has been his life.
