Jon was born and raised in Vancouver, WA. Spending most of his life in the northwest, he developed a passion for the outdoors, fishing, hiking and camping are among his favorite things to do. Graduating from WSU and then Multnomah University with a BA, he decided to try his hand in the trades, working for 3 years as a tradesman, he later moved into retail management, successfully running retail stores, where he and his family at this point decided to transplant to Colorado. Spending 1.5 years living in Loveland, he and his wife Julie, moved back to Washington state after realizing that they were expecting their fourth child. There he decided to change his career path and moved into construction management where he spend the next 8 years honing his skills in leadership, trouble shooting, problem solving and expanding on his client first mentality. Never forgetting their passion for Colorado, they quickly found the opportunity to return and closed on their home in Johnstown, CO on July 7th of 2020. He there continued his career in construction management, amassing many happy homeowners, taking pride in his work and further developing his unparalleled work ethic. Bringing expertise in home building, he has an acute eye for detail and an understanding of the ebbs and flows of the market.
Building in Colorado helped Jon understand the changing market and the importance of being one of the top performers on his field which he also brings to his new passion of Real Estate. Using knowledge gained through his experience, he will always deliver outstanding service, an eye for what is needed, and a desire to always do the right thing.

Hiking, fishing, camping, road trips with his wife Julie and 4 children Emily (15), Preston (12), Jackson (9) and Gabriel (7), woodworking, gardening, and small projects around the home.
