My interest in real estate started while I was coaching college football in the late 80’s. I graduated from Colorado State and moved to the mid-west to begin coaching college football. Having lived in Colorado most of my life, the mid-west just wasn’t the same. I moved back and raised my family here in Northern Colorado and started my second career as a mortgage lender and have been doing that for 29 years. While doing that I studied and invested in real estate and have helped thousands of people over the past 29 years do that as well through financing the real estate transactions. The experience gained in over 3,000 successful closings and witnessing the wealth created for my customers has led me to the point of becoming a realtor.

Lastly, as our lives change, helping people match the home of their dreams with the life style they desire here in northern Colorado or southern Wyoming.
My family and I enjoy almost anything outdoors. Hiking, snow shoeing, riding side by sides, target shooting, pickleballing and scuba diving. My wife Stephanie, who is also a realtor, and I have a blended family with 4 adult children and 5 grandchildren.
