After moving from Ohio to Colorado in 1983 I began my career as a remodeling contractor and homebuilder. In 1995 I earned my Real Estate license and in 1996 was awarded the Greeley Area Realtor Associations “Rookie of the Year”. My focus has always been on Customer Satisfaction. Whether its guiding people through the process of building their new home or buying and selling an existing home the experience should always be a positive one. I believe that achieving home ownership is a key to a family’s financial stability and I’m grateful that I can help people accomplish that goal. After all homeownership is still the American Dream.

Keeping my finger on the pulse of this industry through education and training is a critical component of my success; you have to be informed to be able to educate and guide others. New residential construction is also a big part of what I enjoy. With an extensive background in construction and the trades I am well suited in orchestrating client\builder relationships.

Since August of 2010 I have been working side by side with Laurie Foerster. Laurie’s six plus years of experience and her impeccable attention to detail complement what we strive to achieve. Working as a team has provided our clients with an unsurpassed level of service and personal attention. It has also helped create a balance of life that we both personally desire.

My wife of 24 years Robin and I live in the Larimer county side of Johnstown close to 25/34, where all the action is, and we are very excited about the abundance of new retail stores, restaurants and homes coming to the area. We’re looking forward to being able to ride the cruisers over to pick up our groceries.

I am blessed with a wonderful son Luke, beautiful daughterin-law Whitney and a precious granddaughter Avery. I treasure opportunities to spend time with my family especially as a new grandparent. Being around Avery reminds me that we can learn a lot from children, life really is magical.
