Rohanna Roma

Rohanna was born in Colon, Panama, raised in Illinois an hour north of Chicago and spent a lot of years tagging along with her husband as he moved from place to place while enlisted in the Air Force. Each of her four amazing kids were born in a different state. While in Misawa, Japan she taught English to Japanese adults while adding child number 3 and working on her degree in Psychology.

Rohanna has enjoyed being in Northern Colorado for 17 years where she homeschooled her kids up to most of their high school education. They’ve taken trips, volunteered in their community, started college early and she’s watched them grow and launch into their own careers and families. She now has 3 in-laws that joined the family, and 6 grandchildren who call her Nonna, who she loves to smother with kisses and be silly with any chance she gets.

She spent 10 years as an Events Manager and walked alongside and breathed calm to many brides and families, among others, as they planned their big day. The experiences gained working with people in stressful situations has taught her to be quick on her feet, come up with alternative solutions and be a pretty good referee, friend and counselor. She’s finding out these are transferable skills to provide to buyers and sellers. She joined with Pres Montoya first as a curious bystander as he conducted real estate business, then as an active assistant. In January 2022, she acquired her license to be able to engage more fully with clients while fulfilling her sincere desire to serve and empower clients to reach their goals of buying or selling real estate.
