Nick Vorrath

Nick grew up in Iowa and Illinois, and spent his professional time in technology management. At the age of 26, he heard the mountains of Colorado calling his name and chose Northern Colorado for his new home. Once Nick experienced the magnetic energy and friendly atmosphere Northern Colorado has to offer, he knew this was the place for him. After several more years in management, Nick decided it was time for a career change. The personal and challenging task of finding someone their dream home was the perfect fit for his dynamic personality. Nick has a true desire to find the ideal home for you, and will do what it takes to make your dreams of home ownership come true. In his down-time Nick enjoys spending his time with his wife Chandra and daughter Layla where they love to go camping, disc golfing, hiking with their 3-legged dog Cocoa, snowshoeing and spending time with family. He also finds himself volunteering at The Animal House, which is a local, no-kill dog shelter and loves attending concerts (especially some energetic bluegrass).
