With a passion for making a positive impact and empowering others, Natalie Burton continues to live out her purpose in real estate after an accomplished two-decade career in college and high school athletics. Her professional journey began in marketing and management, where she served as Marketing Director for a production company in Los Angeles. There, she honed her skills in cutting-edge marketing, social media, and website design—giving her clients national exposure and elevating their brands.

However, despite her corporate success, she felt called to pursue her true passion: empowering young women and shaping the next generation through volleyball.
Her coaching career began at the junior college level, and she quickly climbed the ranks to the highest divisions of collegiate athletics. As the head coach at multiple universities, Natalie led teams to success through dedication, hard work, and genuine connection. While serving as the Head Coach at Midwestern State University, she founded a youth club volleyball organization, which she successfully ran for 10 years in Wichita Falls, TX.
In 2020, Natalie and her husband, Brian, both stepped away from college athletics after nearly 15 years and relocated to Colorado with their family, embracing a new chapter driven by purpose over job titles. Together, they founded Uprise Athletics Group, continuing their mission of giving back through sports. Natalie also spent four years as Head Volleyball Coach at Fossil Ridge High School in Fort Collins, further embedding herself in the community.
Motivated by her three young daughters—including her youngest, who has special needs—Natalie is driven to set an example of perseverance, defying odds, and chasing dreams that others might see as impossible. When she entered the world of real estate, her mission remained the same: to empower, inspire, and help others achieve their dreams.

A graduate of Colgate University, Natalie excelled as a two-sport student-athlete, competing in volleyball and softball, and was honored with induction into the Colgate Athletics Hall of Fame in 2024.
Natalie, her husband, and their three daughters now call Loveland, Colorado home.
