Gretchen was born and raised in Duluth, MN where she spent most of her weekends growing up at her cabin in the Northwoods, exploring, canoeing, hiking, roasting marshmallows, and loving the outdoors. Her childhood home was the "Kool-Aid" house. All the kids from her neighborhood spent every night at her house playing "night games” and her mom had fresh baked cookies ready for them after school every day. Gretchen believes, HOME is where the HEART is.
She began her professional career as an RN in the OR at The Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN where she provided patient care during surgical procedures and mentorship to new nurses. During this time, she was presented with an opportunity to enter the Surgical Device Sales industry where she perfected the art of negotiation with top C-Suite officials. She proudly finished her career in medicine as the Director of Strategic Alliance and was fortunate to travel and explore our country. It was during her travels that she fell in love…

Gretchen relocated with her two kids to Colorado in 2017, when her daughter chose to attend and has since graduated with a Bachelor in Science degree from CSU. Go RAMS! Her son graduated from CEC with an Associate in Science degree as Suma Cum Laude with High Honors and will pursue a physics degree.
As outdoor enthusiasts, she and her kids quickly fell in love with Colorado. You can often find them hiking, camping, skiing, snowboarding and enjoying the outdoor life! Her ranch experience includes working on a Show Horse farm as well as supporting her daughter’s passion for barrel racing.
Being a part of her community has always been important to her. She is a board member of Hope Lives and on a planning committee at Bas Bleu Theatre. Her passion for family and home as well as serving others developed into her desire to pursue a career in Real Estate . She will work hard using the tools and skills she has developed to strategically negotiate your deal. Real Estate decisions can be highly emotional. Having a nursing background highlights her ability to be both caring and empathetic. She has always believed HOME is where the HEART is and looks forward to helping you find your Home!
