Christine Allard is a fifth generation Coloradoan. She was born and raised in Loveland and earned a Bachelor of
Science from the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley. As a young professional, Christine joined her grandfather in
real estate development and sales in 1994. She was Loveland/Berthoud area Realtor Association’s Rookie of the Year in
1995 and has been a driving force in the Northern Colorado real estate market.

family, and last but certainly not least, a competitive member of the American Quarter Horse Association where she shows
quarter horses at a National level. Christine and her family own and operate a large equestrian boarding facility with
haying operation in Northern Colorado.
